The idea of our culinary center is to offer to the foodservice, fresh, just blanched, single or mixed vegetables, microbiologically stabilized, without adding anything. 100% only vegetables, to be used by the chef depending on his/her recipe.
One of the main problems of the foodservice in chain is to ensure cooked fresh vegetables, stable for a period, even short, but that can uniformize their use in all restaurants.
All the vegetables are fresh oven-cooked, slightly pasteurized in 2Lt tray are preserved without the addition of preservatives.
Our vegetables are also available on request, lightly seasoned with vegetable oil, salt and aromatic herbs.
The shelf life is 45 days from date of production.
Our fresh oven-cooked vegetables are free from preservatives, dyes, or condiments; cooking and packaging in a protected atmosphere, slightly pasteurized, preventing the phenomena of oxidation and microbial degradation.
