The idea of our culinary center is to offer to the foodservice, fresh, just blanched, single or mixed vegetables, microbiologically stabilized, without adding anything. 100% only vegetables, to be used by the chef depending on his/her recipe.
One of the main problems of the foodservice in chain is to ensure cooked fresh vegetables, stable for a period, even short, but that can uniformize their use in all restaurants.
All the vegetables are fresh oven-cooked, slightly pasteurized in 2Lt tray are preserved without the addition of preservatives or condiments. The shelf life is 45 days from date of production.
Our fresh oven-cooked vegetables are free from preservatives, dyes, or condiments; cooking and packaging in a protected atmosphere, slightly pasteurized, preventing the phenomena of oxidation and microbial degradation.
